Sign up with a passkey

Create account makes a passkey with Face ID, a fingerprint or a security key. Your device — or your password manager — keeps its private key. Mitoshi stores only the public key and its credential id, and your Tempo account address comes from it. Next time, I have a passkey signs you in with the same biometric.

A session cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. It backs the faucet claim, the live stream's ticket and your posts in rooms; a wallet without a passkey signs once for a 30-day social session before its first post. Your account's authority stays on chain, with your passkey.

Other ways in

If you already have a wallet, sign in with Tempo Wallet, a browser wallet or WalletConnect. Trading works the same way. Of the two ways to tap with no prompt, the wallet key needs a passkey account; a Trading Balance session works with any of them (one-tap).

A backup passkey

From Account & keys, Add a backup passkey on a second device, then confirm it with your first. The backup is an admin key on your Tempo account: it signs in alone as the same account. On 11 October a fresh browser holding only the backup signed in to the same account and balance (evidence).

Money

• Everything is pathUSD, Tempo's dollar stablecoin: stakes, payouts and the network fee.
• Test dollars. Signing up funds the new account from Moderato's faucet. After that, Add money — the + beside your balance — claims again once a day per account and says when you can. It also shows your address, with Copy and a QR code to receive pathUSD.
• Your wallet is your account itself. Your Trading Balance is a vault you own on Tempo that holds money and positions for you, so a capped key can tap from it and a keeper can run your exits (Trading Balance). Only you can withdraw from it.
• Withdraw sends pathUSD to any Tempo address: one transfer your passkey signs and pays the small fee for — never a one-tap key.

See and stop every key

Account & keys reads your account's whole history from Tempo. Its first strip counts your keys, the grants that can spend and what is left today, with Hold to stop all. Security lists your backup passkey, every trading key (what it may still approve today, when it was last used), every Trading Balance grant — tap-trading, reply trading from X, strategy agent, exits with the app closed — with its caps, your linked Robinhood Chain wallet and your X account. Revoke or Stop ends one on chain; revoking is free. None of them can withdraw.
